We are currently recruiting for aCoordinator - Recreation tojoin our Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility team in Dubai.
Scope: The role of a Coordinator of Recreation is to develop and implement strategies that align a company’s operations with ethical, social, and environmental responsibilities. They typically coordinate initiatives related to employee engagement, sustainability, and ethical business practices. This role ensure that the company operates in a socially responsible manner while also enhancing its reputation and positive impact on culture.
Responsibilities:
Financial
- Ensure storage facilities and recreational equipment are kept clean, tidy and in good condition with accurate sign in/out sheets and recreational logs
- To report infractions, mistreatment or damage of any recreational equipment and logs to the Accommodation Managers and Recreation Manager
Customer
- Implement activities, events with special consideration for each employee’s health, safety, and general happiness in their living environment
- Ensure all activities/events are advertised across the accommodations to gain maximum attendance figures
Process
- To help with the planning, facilitating, analyzing and improving all activities and events
- To assist in conducting resident surveys and monitor resident suggestions, grievances and desire in an effort to continually improve accommodation activities and facilities
- Assisting in ensuring the company meets its social and legal obligations in terms of TG residence welfare
Innovation
- To continuously provide and improve recreational welfare at Transguard Group accommodations and also to work closely with external clients and sponsors, providing external and partnered activities
- Through regular reporting and accommodation audits, give feedback on all activities, events, equipment, facilities and inventory for continuous improvement
- Give feedback and ideas in identifying new recreational fund revenue streams and continuous improvements for Corporate Social Responsibility business unit
