Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer - High-Rise Buildings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in high-rise building projects
• Expertise in jumping floor systems, structural analysis, and design
• Knowledge of local UAE/GCC building codes and regulations
• Experience with site supervision and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Previous UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead structural design and analysis for high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes.
2. Review and approve structural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
3. Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and project teams for approvals and technical compliance.
4. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site related to structural components.
5. Implement construction techniques like jump form or slip form systems for vertical elements.
6. Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Mentor junior engineers and CAD teams, and lead the structural team in planning and reporting.
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of design changes, calculations, and inspections.

Salary Package: AED 20,000 - 25,000 (All inclusive)
