Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist located in Dubai. The Sponsorship Sales Specialist will be responsible for sponsorship sales, communication, lead generation, and sales activities related to sponsorship opportunities at Medvarsity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote and sell sponsorship packages for healthcare-focused events and initiatives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and medical associations.
  3. Leverage existing networks and create new connections within the healthcare industry.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the team leader.
  5. Utilize leads effectively and maintain a high conversion rate.
  6. Conduct effective counseling and handle all queries with in-depth product knowledge.
  7. Customize sales pitches to align with customer needs and behavior.
  8. Represent the brand professionally and create positive awareness among prospective clients.
  9. Experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry (4-5 years).
  10. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry dynamics.
  11. Prior experience in the UAE or Middle East market is highly desirable.
