Job Title: HR Manager (F&B Industry Experience Required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including compensation & benefits, recruitment, staff relations, government relations, and leave management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of HR experience in the F&B sector, with a proven track record of managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Operations & Compliance
    • Oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor laws.
    • Manage government relations, including work permits, visas, and labor compliance (MOHRE, DMCC).
    • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to employment laws, leave policies (maternity, sick, annual), and statutory requirements.
  2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment for F&B staff (frontline, kitchen, managerial roles).
    • Develop hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
    • Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding for new hires.
  3. Compensation & Benefits
    • Administer payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits (insurance, meal allowances, etc.).
    • Benchmark salaries to ensure competitive compensation in the F&B industry.
    • Handle workforce budgeting and cost-control measures.
  4. Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Act as a mediator for staff grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives (team-building, recognition programs).
    • Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions.
  5. Training & Development
    • Identify training needs (e.g., food safety, customer service) and coordinate workshops.
    • Support leadership development for managerial staff.
  6. HR Reporting & Analytics
    • Maintain HR records and generate reports on diversity, tenure, and staff turnover.
    • Use data to recommend improvements in HR strategies.
