An established industry player is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation of electrical systems in factory construction projects. This role involves coordinating with engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team to resolve technical issues. With a focus on power distribution and control panels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects in cold storage and food processing environments. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspect installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, control panels, and equipment wiring
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other trades on-site
Ensure all electrical work complies with project specifications and local electrical codes
Monitor site safety, resolve technical issues, and maintain documentation
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed systems
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical supervision for factory construction projects, including cold storage, food processing plants, or warehouses
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and power distribution
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership and troubleshooting skills
