Job description

Attend qualified leads by meeting clients, where you will present tailored investment property options and will bring your clients through a no-pressure education-based presentation touching on investment strategies, minimizing tax, reducing debt, and market cycles.

  1. Handle a given set of NRI Clients as a portfolio, selling Indian/Dubai properties, building strong relationships, and pitching available properties.
  2. Coordinate with real estate developers. Conduct cold calling, property visits, and client meetings to generate revenue by selling Indian properties to NRI/Local clients globally.
  3. Develop rapport with clients to understand their goals and future vision.
  4. Educate clients on property ownership, investment options, available incentives, and strategies they can pursue.
  5. Manage relationships, assist clients in decision-making, and follow up to foster long-term relationships both pre and post sales.
  6. Represent the Square Yards brand with integrity, delivering consistent value to clients.
  7. Seek referrals and network to expand your client base.
  8. This role requires dedication to building a rewarding career in property sales, including after-hours and weekend appointments.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Proven ability to convert and close sales opportunities.
  2. 2-8 years of experience in B2C sales, especially in investment property industry.
  3. Familiarity with negative/positive gearing strategies and debt reduction strategies.
  4. Ability to meet KPIs through solution-based selling.
  5. Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and mediating skills.
  6. Track record of success in sales or customer relations.
