Our client manufactures and distributes building materials across the Middle East region. Now in a phase of expansion, they require an accomplished Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the centralised HR team.
This role is responsible for analytical and professional level support to the Compensation and Benefits function for group companies. The job will also be responsible for training individuals and groups within a given framework and validating and evaluating of monthly submittals.
Responsibilities:
Provide analytical and professional level support to the Compensation and Benefits function.
Train individuals and groups within a given framework.
Validate and evaluate monthly submittals.
Minimum Requirements:
Over 7 years experience in HR.
Minimum of 5 years experience in pure Compensation and Benefits.
Proven people manager.
Expert proficiency in Oracle HRMS & payroll process.
