Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities between customers, suppliers, and the internal team.
  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices in coordination with the sales team.
  • Follow up with customers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of products.
  • Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Support the development of business presentations and proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities in the paper industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales, preferably in the paper industry or related sectors.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • AED 5000 per month.
  • 30 Days Annual Leave.
