Job description

Role - Time Management HR Executive

Type - Outsourced

No of working Days- 6 days working

work timings - 7:00 to 3:00 PM

Salary - 7000 AED

Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee disciplinary processes in SAP (warning memos, reports, closures).
  • Prepare attendance & absenteeism reports (weekly, monthly, wellbeing stats).
  • Support disciplinary and medical committee documentation.
  • Resolve employee queries (overtime, compensatory off) via Khadamatech/email/phone.
  • Track and process various types of leaves and resolve system errors.
  • Draft official memos, circulars, and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Raise SAP-related tickets and coordinate with IT for issue resolution.
