Job Title: Retail Store Manager / Supervisor

Location: Ajman, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 (Immediate Requirement)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager with a strong background in Pre-Owned and Stocklot Footwear. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing and managing store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and supporting our expansion into new markets. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day retail activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management & Operations:

  • Oversee daily showroom operations to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the showroom layout is well-organized, attractive, and in line with visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with international standards and local regulations.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise showroom staff to maintain high performance and motivation.
  • Provide direction and support to individual store managers in multi-location operations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and training sessions for team development.

Sales & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
  • Manage showroom P&L and maintain retail accounting records.

Expansion Support:

  • Assist in store set-up and operational planning for new retail locations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders during expansion phases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a retail store, specifically in pre-owned or stocklot footwear.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.
