Job description

To develop & execute sales plans, build/leverage key relationships / segments to maximize market share of the bank and achieve sales through the DSA channel partners to maximize card acquisition (numbers & quality) for the Payments business.

Ensure achievement of card sales KPIs/KPAs from respective DSA channel partners.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong working relations with all channel partners (internal and external) across all levels to optimize & leverage growth.
  2. Drive profitable & sustained growth of new & existing channel partners.
  3. Ensure FOS & DSA staffs are conducting micro marketing activities that include kiosk activities and other direct marketing.
  4. Work closely and proactively with internal stakeholders to streamline processes & policies to enhance overall customer experience, acquisition, and profitability.
  5. Ensure consistent & timely training and product knowledge enhancement of team members to ensure adherence to sales processes, growth, governance & controls.
  6. Maintain sales volume & product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Requirements:
  • Confidence, persistence, personality, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of products, service policies, and processes of Retail Banking.
