Job description

Scope of work: SH (Clinics (Kottakkal, Al Shifa), Zarya SPAs, Zarya HC, Auto Spare Parts (AL-QASWA and Faris), Herbal trading (the Company and Oshadashala))

1. Create sales and marketing plans accordingly.
2. Manage and supervise marketing and sales department activities, including Sales team, tele-sales team, Marketing team, and Digital Marketing.
3. Manage digital marketing and coordinate with agencies/in-house teams.
4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and gather feedback from customers.
5. Create and manage outdoor sales team and activities.
6. Identify sales opportunities according to revenue targets and work to achieve them.
7. Support and follow up, working closely with operations managers and the head of business units to meet targets.
8. Promote the company's existing brands, introduce services to the market, and enhance the company's reputation.
9. Analyze marketing and sales budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure team meets quotas and goals.
10. Prepare sales and marketing reports and conduct performance meetings.
11. Increase market share and actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, events, partnerships, networking, and social media.
12. Set up meetings with potential clients and partners for B2B activities and partnerships.
13. Engage in business development activities and develop long-term sales plans.
14. Prepare and deliver presentations for sales and marketing purposes.
15. Create regular reviews and reports with sales, team performance, and financial data.
16. Ensure quality of sales and demonstration services.
17. Participate in exhibitions or events on behalf of the company.
18. Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints or objections.
19. Collaborate with, train, and develop team members to improve results.
20. Manage CRM system among SH.
