Technical Manager • 650 Million AED Infrastructure Award

Location: 10 minutes drive from Business Bay

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the design and technical team
2. Ensure project construction aligns with contractual specifications
3. Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to meet technical requirements for site execution
4. Liaise with subcontractors and resolve issues as they arise
5. Manage workflow and communication to meet key deadlines
6. Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders
7. Keep accurate records of delays and manage design changes when necessary

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 10 years of experience in the main contracting industry, specifically on civil engineering and infrastructure projects exceeding 300 million AED
2. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
3. Availability to start before July 1st
4. Strong command of English, both written and spoken
5. Based in the UAE and able to attend face-to-face interviews
6. Demonstrated loyalty, career progression, and success in your CV
