After a very successful 2024, we are looking for a new ERP Project Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end coordination of ERP projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
2. Oversee data migration, data integrity, and support system integration efforts.
3. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing.
4. Provide hands-on support for ERP system configuration and issue resolution.
5. Participate in end-user training and documentation.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP project coordination or functional consulting.
• Practical experience with SAP Business One or Odoo v17/18.
• Strong knowledge of retail, warehousing, or distribution operations.
• Hands-on skills with data migration, workflow documentation, and system integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Lucidchart, or Visio; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
