  3. Research and identify the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery, and quality.
  4. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and customers.
  5. Identify potential suppliers, visit existing ones, and maintain strong relationships.
  6. Negotiate and finalize contracts, monitor progress, and ensure service quality.
  7. Process payments and invoices accurately.
  8. Maintain contract files for future reference.
  9. Forecast price trends and assess their impact on future activities.
  10. Present market analysis and growth opportunities.
  11. Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
  12. Produce reports and statistics using relevant software.
  13. Evaluate bids and make recommendations considering commercial and technical factors.
