Job description

The Senior HR Executive at Camelicious Company is responsible for managing and coordinating various human resources functions. This role involves maintaining employee records, managing visa processes, overseeing performance appraisals, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Senior HR Executive will work closely with departments and management to support the overall HR needs of the organization.

Employee Records and Visa Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including monitoring and controlling visas issuance, renewals, cancellations, and amendments in coordination with the Labour Affairs department at the Ruler's Court.
  • Manage the ARP system for employee visas, passport release, EID data, and updating.
  • Monitor passport release and submission for visa stamping at the Ruler's Court.
  • Control, monitor, and track labour cards, ID's, health insurance, workmen compensation, occupational health cards, and other official documents.

Performance Management:

  • Prepare staff appraisal sheets and compare staff performance.
  • Execute and prepare appraisals, increments, and evaluations as required.
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to ensure a fair and effective performance management process.

Payroll and Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain and update employee-related data in SAP, including personal information, attendance, leaves, rejoining, date of joining, and cancellations.
  • Liaise with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Screen and source candidates, schedule interviews, and set up job descriptions in coordination with departments and management.
  • Prepare employment offer letters and facilitate the onboarding process for new staff, including documentation, company orientation, and training.

Training and Development:

  • Prepare annual training programs in coordination with department leaders and heads of departments.
  • Maintain training-related records, including evaluation reports and certificates.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure training needs are met and employees have access to necessary development opportunities.

HR Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain employee database for analysis and management information system (MIS) reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual employment budgets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and procedures in compliance with ISO 22000 requirements.

Administrative Coordination:

  • Coordinate with PRO and drivers for HR and admin-related duties.
  • Arrange company-related gatherings, transportation, and accommodation for management, staff, and delegates.
  • Announce official matters and communicate with all department supervisors on staff-related matters.

General HR Support:

  • Provide general HR support to employees and management, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Perform any other duties related to the HR profession and position as required by management.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as PHR (Professionals in Human Resources) Or CIPD 3
  • More than 3 years of experience as an HR Executive
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with visa processes and government procedures.
