The position available is for an Enterprise Account Executive in our Core Business Unit, helping our most strategic customers grow and excel with a Customer Experience that is unmatched in the industry.

This position will act as the lead Account Executive for a set of Accounts or Prospects in Saudi Arabia, working with a virtual team of Cloud Specialists, Solution Experts, and supporting colleagues. The role involves setting the vision and strategy to grow the revenue associated with these accounts annually.

This is the highest echelon of roles within Salesforce for Account Executives, requiring a demonstrable track record, proven experience, and leadership skills.

Experience in Artificial Intelligence as a thought leader would be advantageous, as Salesforce aims to take a first-mover advantage in this competitive Middle East market. About Role

To work in our Enterprise Business Sales team focused on Salesforce’s existing and prospective clients in Saudi Arabia.

This role involves managing existing customers and building new relationships as Salesforce expands in the region.

The role sits in the Core Sales team, and the ideal candidate would have proven credibility in managing large, virtual teams, creating and executing vision and strategy for their accounts.

  • The successful candidate will act and lead as the most Senior AE in this regional Business Unit.
  • Increase revenue across new and existing customers, expanding Salesforce's presence locally.
  • This role is suitable for someone with experience in the Public Sector and a proven track record in software sales over the last 15 years.
About Team

This role is part of our Enterprise Business Sales unit, the top tier of accounts within the company. The candidate will own the Vision, Strategy, and Stakeholder Management for each account, primarily focusing on Salesforce Core AI products like Sales CRM, and collaborating with other Salesforce Cloud Solution Account Executives to drive growth.

Preferred Qualifications
  • University Graduate
  • At least 15 years of successful, referenceable Sales Experience, preferably in Software Sales
  • Knowledge and contacts within the Saudi Arabian market are advantageous
  • Resides in the UAE or willing to relocate within 3 months
  • Has a local driving license
  • Fluent in English at a business level; Arabic is preferable
  • No restrictions on international travel

This role involves creating sales through business development, territory planning, pipeline generation, and closing significant Cloud software opportunities.
