• Manage the day-to-day delivery of landscaping services provided by external contractors.
• Supervise, monitor, and improve the performance of landscaping service providers.
• Administer and monitor landscaping services and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of landscaping policies, procedures, and management strategies.
• Conduct landscaping inspections and audits at regular intervals to ensure optimal maintenance.
• Liaise with clients, staff, and external consultants regarding landscaping service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Be available to respond to client inquiries on a 24/7 basis.
