Job Description:

Architectural Engineering graduates with minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in building construction projects (especially malls). You should have experience in preparation and development of conceptual design, architectural detailing, specification design, controlling end-to-end project cost in terms of time, manpower, and materials. Experience in predicting if the project is profitable before tendering and ensuring prices of the project are balanced profit-wise is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are prerequisites.
