KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

# Contribute to the coordination and preparation of visits by Their Highnesses the Sheikhs (may God protect them) and dignitaries to infrastructure projects, and prepare requirements

# Provide support in analyzing outputs related to development plans, strategies, and policies and preparing related reports, as necessary

# Follow up on senior leadership directives regarding infrastructure projects and submit periodic reports

# Oversee the workflow of the department's operations, tasks, and work procedures, and follow up on the implementation of development initiatives according to approved plans

# Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the position, as assigned. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the direct manager

# Supervise the development and updating of a dashboard for priority infrastructure projects

# Supervise the development of a project management system and a project performance dashboard, and coordinate with relevant organizational units regarding these matters

# Propose innovative initiatives, ideas, and projects that contribute to the continuous development of work mechanisms and increased efficiency in all areas of infrastructure project work

# Supervise social media posts related to infrastructure projects

# Follow up on topics received from the Executive Council, prepare for meetings of the Strategic Affairs Committee and the Executive Council, submit periodic reports on developments, and coordinate with relevant departments and teams in this regard

# Supervise the preparations for the Director General's visits to infrastructure projects, including the visit program, relevant documents, and reports

# Supervise and monitor infrastructure project implementation teams, review their work outcomes, and submit performance reports and necessary recommendations regarding any deviations affecting the performance of these teams or the projects they supervise

# Conduct the necessary field visits to monitor projects and submit reports on progress and achievements, including challenges and opportunities for improvement

# Supervise the technical preparations necessary for the Director General's meetings, including internal and external meetings with Their Highnesses the Sheikhs, track entities, various government and private entities, and others (technical summaries, visual presentations, engineering drawings, etc.)

# Provide technical advice and recommendations on important topics related to the infrastructure portfolio, in accordance with the directives of the Director of the Department and the Executive Director

# Manage and monitor the progress of projects and initiatives related to infrastructure projects, identify challenges affecting the implementation of strategic projects, and prepare technical reports and recommendations thereon

# Supervise the review and analysis of technical reports issued by organizational units regarding the infrastructure portfolio, and submit recommendations and summaries

# Supervise the monitoring of new trends and innovations in infrastructure-related technology and submit recommendations to the Director of the Department and the Executive Director

# Supervise the management of the portfolio of projects and programs for implementing major studies, strategies, and general policies for the Authority's projects, and coordinate the review of program and project priorities related to infrastructure

# Oversee the evaluation and monitoring of the performance of infrastructure projects, the committees, and teams overseeing them, and prepare periodic reports in coordination with relevant stakeholders

# Oversee the identification, updating, and periodic evaluation of infrastructure project priorities, in coordination with relevant authorities

# Supervise the review of infrastructure-related projects and initiatives submitted by organizational units and submit them to relevant authorities in accordance with approved policies and procedures

# Provide advice on change requests for strategic infrastructure projects, in coordination with relevant stakeholders, committees, and teams, and submit general recommendations regarding them

• Strictly Adhere to RTA Information Security policies, procedures, and processes.
• Strictly follow the Information Security data sharing guidelines for all internal and external data transfers.
• Immediately report any Information Security incidents to your line manager and IT support for prompt guidance and resolution.
• Actively participate in all assigned Information Security training and awareness sessions to enhance your knowledge and address potential Information Security risks.
• Always comply with instructions and guidance provided by your line manager in line to the Information Security requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Civil/Architectural/Electrical/Urban Planning Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university

Bachelor's degree + 1 1 years of practical experience in the field

Master's degree + 9 years of practical experience in the field
