About The Opportunity

Our Strategic Consulting business is looking for an Innovation Advisory Consultant to develop and write business advice from strategy to execution to help solve our clients' most complex business challenges.

Jacobs' Strategic Consulting team provides strategic advisory across all phases of the business lifecycle, informed by operational knowledge and deep functional expertise. By integrating strategic and technical expertise, we support client functions from executive leadership to project delivery and operations.

The selected candidate must have an excellent team-player attitude, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, mutual respect, and accountability. 2. Developing strategic roadmaps for innovation implementation
3. Identifying emerging technologies and trends relevant to client industries
4. Translating technical engineering concepts into strategic business opportunities
5. Creating frameworks for measuring innovation outcomes
6. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative concepts to life
8. Presenting complex strategies to executive-level audiences

Here's what you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in strategic innovation consulting, preferably within engineering sectors
• Proven success in developing and implementing innovation strategies
• Strong understanding of technology trends and their business implications
• Experience with design thinking, agile methodologies, and innovation frameworks
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to translate between technical and business domains
• Advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred)
