Job Title:

Director, Sales & Account Management

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and skilled leader in the Sales / Client Relationship Management domain to drive growth strategies within our client base. The incumbent will manage existing strategic clients in the South region for the India marketplace. Responsibilities include identifying potential business growth opportunities, designing and presenting Concentrix's value proposition, improving P&L positions, and executing market strategies for the clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Grow the base account portfolio by increasing CNX wallet share and selling new offerings.
  2. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  4. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
  5. Build pipelines, gather client requirements, develop BPO solutions, and close deals.
  6. Define Concentrix's value proposition, win strategies, and differentiators.
  7. Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations.
  8. Understand industry landscapes and trends, and report on factors influencing budgets and strategic directions.

Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:

  • 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in the contact center or outsourcing space.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial models and financial statements.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, or Consulting.
  • Good understanding of the market landscape and established connections with senior client executives.
  • Reasonable knowledge of emerging technologies in the BPO industry.
  • Experience in CRM BPO or outsourcing industry.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and operate effectively within a global organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels, including C-level.
