Software Engineer - ASP/.Net/Entity Framework

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

We are seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. The role involves monitoring all team members and providing necessary advice and guidance while ensuring high-quality results. You will be responsible for training and motivating the team to achieve desired outcomes, with the ability to lead, direct, and manage team members effectively. Handling multiple modules simultaneously and delegating tasks to appropriate team members will be key aspects of this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas, instructions, and feedback to the team and stakeholders.
2. Team Supervision: Monitor the progress of all team members to ensure their work aligns with project goals, providing necessary advice, support, and guidance.
3. Training and Development: Lead training efforts for team members to enhance their skills, motivate them, and foster a culture of learning and growth.
4. Leadership: Lead, direct, and manage a diverse team by delegating responsibilities appropriately and ensuring efficient task completion. Inspire and guide the team towards achieving individual and collective goals.

Skills:

• Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core MVC.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS and Git.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 (with Bootstrap), JavaScript, XML, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax, and Web API.
• Experience with Entity Framework 2.1 and EF Core.
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
