The School Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities to promote the school's brand, increase student enrollment, and support overall growth.

Overall, responsible for delivering marketing and communications activities, focusing on acquiring new parents and providing a positive experience for existing parents.

Manage the school's social media channels and internal / external communications.

Promote, showcase, and market the school to external and internal stakeholders—primarily parents, prospective parents, press, and social media outlets.

Develop stronger loyalty and advocacy for the school and the wider Taaleem group through various marketing, communication, and social media tactics to meet recruitment, reputation, and retention targets.

Implement the Central Office Taaleem Marketing strategy and support the creation of a school-specific marketing strategy, working closely with the CO Marketing team.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication preferred.

Experience :

• Minimum of two years in a customer-focused marketing / communication role, preferably in a service industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media platforms, and advertising principles.
• Experience in Education marketing, communication, or customer engagement is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and editing.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Interpersonal skills to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Solid time management skills, ability to multi-task, and cope with peaks of demand.
