This role involves supporting managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and overseeing general administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

  • Provide administrative support to the local team by managing reports, time & attendance records, filing systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative operations in alignment with departmental goals.
  • Assist the Operations team in routine and ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with and support the Logistics Administrator on logistical and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of records and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support business needs and office functions.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
