Take pride in maintaining the hotel’s exterior landscape, ensuring all plants, trees, and green spaces reflect the elegance of our luxury environment, providing guests with a serene outdoor experience. Develop and execute landscaping plans, monitor irrigation systems, assess plant health, and carry out seasonal planting and improvements aligned with sustainability and aesthetics. Collaborate with Engineering, Housekeeping, and third-party suppliers to uphold the highest standards of exterior maintenance. You will initially work independently, establishing the landscaping function, with ongoing collaboration to enhance our outdoor spaces.
Proven expertise in horticulture, landscape design, and outdoor environment maintenance, especially in desert climates. Strong communication skills and a customer service ethic are essential, with the ability to coordinate across departments. Experience with gardening, irrigation systems, and plant care is required. Fluency in English is necessary; proficiency in Arabic or regional languages is a plus. Your personality and passion will contribute to creating tranquil, luxurious outdoor environments.
