Onboarding Solutions Architects are vital members of the Customer Success organization, responsible for the successful technical deployment of our products.
As part of the Customer Success team, you will ensure smooth implementation, troubleshoot issues, and promote product adoption, focusing on our Optimization suite (Web & Feature Experimentation, Personalization, Analytics, SaaS CMS). Additionally, you may assist our Value & Adoption team with Utilization Maturity Assessments and advisory services.
