Laundry Supervisor Job Description

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive, sort, and dispatch dirty uniforms to Valet for cleaning.
2. Maintain inventory and allocate equipment to staff; monitor daily usage and perform regular maintenance tasks.
3. Implement and uphold high standards of cleanliness and waste disposal.
4. Provide comprehensive training to staff on proper equipment use and techniques to ensure quality results.
5. Supervise daily activities of the laundry team.
6. Procure supplies based on approved facility lists.
7. Assist with periodic stocktakes.
8. Ensure housekeeping staff clean patient bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers.
9. Ensure garbage cans in patient rooms, bathrooms, activity areas, and other center areas are emptied regularly.
10. Maintain cleanliness of patient areas by mopping, buffing floors, and dusting furniture.
