About the Roles:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Tech Manager who will leverage their strategic,
analytical, and interpersonal expertise to drive business growth and maintain the company's competitive
edge in the marketplace. This individual will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, cultivating
strong client relationships, and executing initiatives that align with our long-term objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, capable of analyzing market trends, building strategic
partnerships, and delivering measurable results to support the continued success and expansion of the
organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mastery of PLC programming and implementation
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration in industrial processes.
Understanding of sponsorship analytics and ROI measurement.
Knowledge of audio-visual production technologies.
Knowledge of immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality
(AR).
Familiarity with live streaming technologies and interactive content trends.
Understanding of data-driven PR analytics and measurement tools.
Experience in integrating chatbots for efficient media inquiries handling.
2. Technical Understanding of Stage Production and Special Effects
Expertise in projection mapping and holographic display technologies.
Familiarity with virtual production technologies and real-time rendering.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for targeted campaigns.
3. Lead Generation and Prospecting
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, referrals,
industry events, and online research.
Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and maintain a database of potential clients.
Conduct prospecting activities to initiate contact, schedule meetings, and present the
consultancy's services.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish connections and
generate leads.
4. Client Relationship Management
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs
and objectives.
Conduct client needs assessments, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for
collaboration.
Develop customized proposals and presentations to showcase the consultancy's expertise
and capabilities.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to nurture relationships and ensure client
satisfaction.
5. Proposal Development and Closing Deals
Collaborate with the consultancy's creative and strategy teams to develop compelling
proposals tailored to client needs.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and pricing, and address client feedback
and objections.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
Manage the contract negotiation and signing process, ensuring all legal and financial
aspects are addressed.
6. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Monitor industry publications, online resources, and attend industry events to gather market
intelligence.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
(master's degree preferred). Relevant certifications in Business Development, Sales Strategy, or
Project Management (e.g., Certified Business Development Expert, PMP, or similar).
Experience:
