Job Description

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Event Sales Executive to manage incoming event inquiries and convert them into successful bookings. This role involves handling client communications, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure flawless event execution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming event inquiries (phone, email, online).
  • Qualify leads and gather all necessary information to prepare accurate proposals.
  • Prepare customized event proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with client requirements and budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and virtual tours for prospective clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the venue’s offerings, packages, pricing, and availability.
  • Work closely with operations, catering, and other internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Follow up with clients post-proposal to secure confirmations and deposits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings in the Opera Cloud.
  • Support the Director of Sales and Marketing with reporting and analysis of booking trends and conversion rates.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from inquiry to event completion
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not essential).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in event sales, hospitality, or venue-based roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and /event booking systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, CVENT and other venue tools).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
