The Role:

A position is available to manage customers within the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Banking industries. There is significant opportunity to deliver the full enterprise offering to these customers at a much greater scale than at present, benefiting both customers and Moodys. This person will identify, develop, and grasp such opportunities by working with colleagues across the organization and industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customers within the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Banking industries, delivering full enterprise solutions at scale.
  • Drive strategic engagement and build commercial relationships with key customers, ensuring Moodys delivery.
  • Deliver enterprise propositions addressing customers' specific and strategic needs, establishing C-suite relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities through strategic projects to scale against core customers; lead the extension of propositions.
  • Build, deliver, and track strategic account plans; forecast and report key information and performance indicators.
  • Connect customers into Moodys: act as the most senior relationship leader, address opportunities, resolve issues, and lead engagement.
  • Leverage deep sector insights to uncover opportunities and risks, addressing them proactively.
  • Share feedback and market intelligence with internal teams and management.
Qualifications:
  • 15 years of experience in complex software and data sales to GCC and Middle East financial industry accounts.
  • Proven ability to deliver large, complex sales from end to end.
  • Strong risk knowledge, including regulations such as Basel, IFRS 9, Climate, Cybersecurity, and GRC.
  • Comprehensive understanding of banking, risk, and analytics in key workflows.
  • Strong work ethic: independent, systematic, highly organized, persuasive, friendly, and capable of engaging prospects and customers at all levels.
  • Extensive industry network and awareness of latest trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in person and virtually.
  • Arabic language skills are preferable.
  • BA/BS degree; advanced degrees (MBA, JD, LLB, MA, MS, MEng) are preferred.
