Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Using traditional and innovative marketing techniques, you will lead marketing efforts to attract new business while nurturing existing clients.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience and knowledge across all marketing channels, including social media and digital marketing. Market research and analytics will ensure that engaging content evolves annually in line with our growth expectations.

You will lead a team of marketers to deliver complex marketing strategies across multiple verticals for each client.

Accountabilities
  • Develop a cyclical data-build strategy and maximize budget for data acquisition.
  • Implement KPIs, manage performance reviews, and guide team members in execution, delivery, and professional development.
  • Create engaging marketing assets that influence conversion rates.
  • Utilize analytics to enhance website design and user experience, increasing conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Sustain media partnerships to support campaign plans.
  • Ensure all technological components are fit for purpose, integrated with marketing automation, and provide effective analytics.
  • Increase outreach and attract new business through strategic interactions.
Minimum Experience
  • At least 5+ years of mid-level management experience.
  • Strategy creation and critical path analysis.
  • Experience with databases and targeted direct marketing campaigns.
  • People management skills.
  • Website management and user experience optimization.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and messaging skills.
  • Extensive data analysis from multiple sources.
  • Budget management and decision-making experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with social media content creation, sponsored posts, and analytics.
  • Effective leadership, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and manage time effectively.
