We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fiber Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain fiber optic networks for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fiber installation, splicing, testing, and diagnostics, and will ensure reliable high-speed internet and telecommunications service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, terminate, splice, and test fiber optic cables (single-mode and multi-mode).
• Interpret and work from construction blueprints, network diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site surveys to assess and prepare for installation and repair work.
• Use OTDR, power meters, and other testing equipment to verify signal integrity and performance.
• Perform maintenance and emergency repairs on existing fiber infrastructure.
• Document installation and maintenance activities accurately, using software or manual reporting tools.
• Collaborate with field engineers, project managers, and other technicians to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and industry standards while working in diverse environments (aerial, underground, indoors).
• Provide technical support to customers or team members when troubleshooting network issues.

Qualifications:

Required:
