It monitors the financial and operational activities of its subject entities, which include all Abu Dhabi government entities, and companies, in which the Abu Dhabi government has a vested interest of over 25%. The ADAA aims to combat potential financial and administrative misconduct, and strengthen the national principles of integrity, transparency and accountability through stringent financial and administrative auditing

Implement strategic planning and performance management tasks within Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) including but not limited to providing support to the execution of the annual strategic and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiatives, monitoring corporate performance, and reporting progress of KPIs and initiatives as per the approved strategic plan, to ensure effective and efficient execution of ADAA strategies and operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Strategy or Business Administration or relevant field.
4 – 6 years of relevant experience in strategy, performance and project management.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
