A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking an HR Onboarding Associate to facilitate new employee orientation and support their transition. The role involves creating onboarding materials, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, along with relevant experience in onboarding and the hospitality industry.
We are looking to hire an HR Onboarding Associate, who will be responsible for supporting the HR Team to conducting orientation sessions, providing ongoing support to new joiners to ensure a smooth transition into the company. This role is for our client based in Dubai, a leading hospitality company.
This position will have an initial duration of 6 months(renewable).
The role sits within the HRDepartment and reports directly to the Onboarding Manager.
