This role demands strong leadership, system expertise, and client-focused execution to ensure operational excellence for a high-tech client. The supervisor will drive data-driven improvements, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead change initiatives in a dynamic 3PL environment.

- Lead the complete relocation of operations from the client’s old warehouse to the DP World Logistics facility, including transition planning, inventory reallocation, infrastructure readiness, risk mitigation, and minimal disruption to client service levels.
- Define, monitor, and enforce strict KPIs across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities; drive continuous improvement initiatives and hold team members accountable for underperformance.
- Proactively identify and implement process re-engineering and automation opportunities using WMS capabilities to enhance throughput, accuracy, and labour productivity.
- Act as a key liaison for client, ensuring warehouse performance aligns with their SLA expectations, technological standards, and regulatory compliance requirements with a zero-defect service mindset.
- Own 100% inventory accuracy goals through cycle counting, root cause analysis of discrepancies, and audit preparedness in alignment with SAP and WMS data integrity.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to system failures, manpower issues, or inventory disruptions; maintain business continuity plans especially during relocation or system changeovers.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture within the warehouse team through structured coaching, disciplinary enforcement, and daily performance monitoring to ensure accountability and operational discipline.
- Act as the operational focal point between logistics, IT, commercial, and client teams to ensure that cross-functional dependencies (e.g., SAP master data accuracy, billing triggers, stock status visibility) are aligned and functioning seamlessly.
- Drive a zero-error policy in order picking, packing, and shipping processes through real-time KPI dashboards, exception tracking, and frontline accountability measures. Ensure full visibility and adherence to major 3PL warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, order cycle time, dock-to-stock time, picking accuracy, space utilization, and HSE compliance.
- Lead change management initiatives during major transitions (e.g., WMS upgrades or warehouse relocation), ensuring smooth adoption by frontline teams through structured communication, training, and reinforcement strategies.
- Leverage WMS/SAP analytics to drive decisions on slotting optimization, space utilization, resource allocation, and performance improvement with weekly executive reporting to senior leadership.
