We are seeking a talented Digital Services & Partnership Senior Specialist in our Mobile Experience team. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities by analyzing market needs, translating requirements into features, and enhancing our solutions' competitiveness. You will develop strategies for solution and service launches, plan global expansion efforts aligned with target markets, and develop a product-related mid-to-long-term roadmap to secure a leading position in solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
How You Will Make An Impact
  • Differentiation strategy setting: Promote strategies and plan differentiation concepts for in-house solutions by analyzing existing solutions' advantages over competitors.
  • New opportunity identification: Drive the identification of new opportunities through industry technology trend analysis, market projection, and response surveys.
  • Commercialisation management: Facilitate the commercialization of products in cooperation with the development team.
  • Mid- to long-term roadmap and strategy setting: Lead efforts to secure a market lead by establishing a product-related roadmap.
  • Services planning: Drive the launch of competitive services by deriving features aligned with market needs.
What You'll Need
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in analyzing competitor technology trends and deriving insights.
  • An engineering degree in Computer Science or a related field, with experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience working with Fintech payment platform providers, such as online payment gateways, issuing platforms, and card networks.
  • Knowledge of payment ecosystems and understanding of payment processing.
  • Technical depth and business confidence to articulate product choices and defend feature priorities.
  • Ability to handle customer issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Experience in designing and activating integrated marketing communication plans across ATL, retail, and e-commerce channels, with oversight of paid and owned media channels.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams, external agencies, and third-party partners.
  • Capability to navigate international cultures and work across time zones.
