Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Dubai, UAE

This role will provide administrative support to one of our branches. We are looking for an impressive client-focused Administrative Assistant to join a fast-growing firm to provide a high-quality management service.

Main Duties:
  1. Negotiate with customers on a daily basis over the phone and by e-mail, maintain relationships with them, ensure their complete satisfaction, handle complaints and requests.
  2. Liaise with customers in person at the training area daily.
  3. Follow up on payments and manage collection of cash whenever required.
  4. Use company-based computer system to record payments and enter data.
  5. Execute various other relevant general office duties as assigned by the management.
  6. Offer administrative support to the team.
Required Skills:
  1. IT Literate in Word, Outlook & Excel.
  2. Strong client service and sales skills.
  3. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and superior telephone manner in English.
  4. Excellent command of punctuation and grammar.
  5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  6. Experience working in relevant environments, i.e., office setting in UAE.
  7. Ability to work effectively within a team and individually.
  8. Self-motivated and committed.
  9. Exceptional time management.
  10. Ability to perform administrative tasks swiftly and effectively.
  11. Capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  12. Knowledge in managing customers.
  13. A UAE driver's license is required for this job function.
