Sales Coordinator Job Description
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, managing partner relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance on sales-related matters.
- Serve as the first point of contact for partner restaurant queries or complaints, responding promptly via calls or emails when Sales Representatives are unavailable, and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Upload and update restaurant information online promptly.
- Set up and configure systems for new partners, including training and resolving system issues from vendors or partners.
- Monitor and update the status of closed restaurants.
- Collect and document restaurant contracts and amendments, and maintain sales-related data.
- Prepare periodic reports on contract delivery and pickup.
- Manage the quality of partner accounts, ensuring ongoing relationships and resolving operational issues between partner restaurants and users.
- Assist in programming, replacing GPRS printers, and training restaurant and call center personnel on transmission systems (GPRS, Pigeon software).
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including follow-ups, transmission reports, and contract acknowledgments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- MS Office proficiency, including Excel Certification
- Must possess a UAE Family Book
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours
- Ability to build and maintain good client relationships
