The Key Objectives For This Role Are

• Contribute to engineering excellence through defining and approving technical scopes
• Execute assigned scopes of work
• Provide technical expertise and support business growth
• Potentially manage and supervise teams or act as a technical specialist

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Participate as a team member in engineering assignments
• Prepare documentation for projects
• Ensure project completion within budget and schedule
• Define engineering approaches, plan, and schedule work
• Evaluate problems, organize investigations, and establish performance specifications
• Review engineering calculations and drawings according to industry standards; mentor less experienced professionals
• Adhere to procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
• Participate in audits and incident investigations
• Perform complex engineering tasks
• Participate in site visits, reviews, and workshops

Providing Discipline Expertise

• Develop new approaches and exercise professional judgment
• Lead or contribute to complex problems and projects
• Innovate and develop solutions for technical challenges
• Anticipate and solve complex problems creatively
• Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions
• Support proposals with technical input

Supporting and Supervising Task Delegation to Team

• Supervise technical staff or advise others in specialization
