Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-orientedStainless Steel Polisherto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for polishing, grinding, and finishing stainless steel components to meet high-quality standards. This role requires precision, experience with power tools, and a good eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Polish and buff stainless steel surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Remove scratches, blemishes, and weld marks to achieve a smooth, mirror, or brushed finish.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with fabricators and other team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a stainless steel polisher or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with polishing tools, grinders, and finishing techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the metal fabrication or stainless steel industry.
• Knowledge of different stainless steel finishes (e.g., satin, mirror).
