Finance Coordinator

Location: United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with financial document preparation, process invoices, handle banking transactions, and support month-end/year-end closings.
  2. Compile, analyze, and present financial data, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.
  3. Assist in budgeting and forecasting, track expenses, and analyze budget variances.
  4. Ensure compliance with financial policies, support audit processes, and coordinate financial activities across departments and with external partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
