Job Description

The role involves ensuring guest safety, promptly addressing issues to guarantee satisfaction, and installing, maintaining, and repairing wiring and electrical systems. Responsibilities include performing civil preventive maintenance as per hotel plans, inspecting and repairing guest and public area paint and tiles, and maintaining cleanliness after tasks. The technician must follow safety procedures, communicate effectively with the Shift Leader, and support the hotel's energy conservation initiatives. Additionally, they should use or recommend eco-friendly products and suggest cost-saving ideas whenever possible, contributing beyond the Engineering Department.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma: certifications in electrical work, painting, or masonry preferred.
  • Proven experience in electrical systems, painting, tiling, plastering, and repairs.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, ability to read blueprints, strong problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Good stamina, ability to lift heavy objects, and work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Follow safety protocols, work independently or in a team, and promote eco-friendly practices.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
