We are seeking a passionate Product Manager-ME&Gulf to lead all marketing activities across UAE and Gulf regions.

The position is based in Dubai and reports to the Director-Marketing.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage product and marketing strategy development.
• Analyze market performance, monitor competitors, execute pricing strategies, and prepare performance reports.
• Support product activation by guiding trade and marketing stakeholders.
• Forecast product demand with analysts.
• Develop and control budgets for trade activities, producing periodic reports.
• Plan, execute, and monitor promotional programs; develop presentation materials.
• Manage product launches and phase-outs, and oversee category management.
• Coordinate with teams in Turkey and HQ, updating local sales and marketing teams.
• Prepare product/price lists, feature information, and documentation.
• Manage product certifications and liaise with regulatory agencies and authorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in appliances product management.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong coordination and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High integrity and organizational skills.
