A leading company in the hospitality sector seeks a Social Media Manager based in Dubai. The role involves capturing high-quality content, managing social media platforms, and engaging with the community. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in social media management, strong photography skills, and a deep understanding of current trends.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos of services, events, treatments, and daily moments
Creating and managing a monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Writing compelling, brand-aligned captions and storytelling pieces
Tracking engagement, growth metrics, and performance adjusting strategies based on insights
Engaging with the online community, responding to DMs/comments, and building relationships with local influencers
Collaborating closely with the team to align messaging with our brand vision
You Bring:
Proven experience in social media management (ideally for a hospitality, F&B, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brand)
Strong skills in photography, videography, and content editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok trends, and platform algorithms
Eye for aesthetics, detail, and clean, calm branding
Based in Dubai, with availability for in-person content creation
