Job description

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
  2. Formulate and implement sales plans to achieve company goals.
  3. Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.
  5. Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities.
  6. Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management to meet customer and partner expectations.
  7. Develop sales forecasts and budgets aligned with company objectives.
  8. Coordinate with partner sales personnel to maximize sales.
  9. Manage sales funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
  10. Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualifications
  • Any Graduate/Diploma/B.E/MBA (Marketing)
Additional Information
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT Hardware/Networking Industry preferred.
  • Candidate residing in Dubai with UAE experience will be preferred.
  • Proficient in using laptop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
  • Socially adaptable and good at lead generation and mapping key customer accounts.
  • Ability to provide quality leadership to a small sales team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • In-depth industry knowledge.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines within target/budget constraints.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and managing obligations efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to cover different customer segments to enhance brand presence.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the job profile.
