Job Description
We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.
As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the highest guest satisfaction and departmental profitability in a team-oriented environment with high morale. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing schedules for all employees based on forecasts and within the limits of the manning guide to ensure adequate staffing, under the guidance of the Outlet Manager.
  2. Ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the outlet.
  3. Participating in planning promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing in coordination with the Outlet Manager.
  4. Maintaining sanitary conditions according to health codes and hotel standards.
  5. Supervising daily operations according to standards set by Hotel Management and the Outlet Manager.
  6. Identifying training needs and proposing training programs in collaboration with the Outlet Manager, and continuously training staff to achieve professionalism.
  7. Ensuring correct handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
Candidates should ideally hold a degree in hospitality with prior experience in Food & Beverage and specialized beverage training. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and POS systems is essential, with familiarity with Micros being desirable. Previous international experience will be highly regarded.

Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be a well-presented, young, and trendy manager with an outgoing and friendly attitude. You should be proactive, charismatic, approachable, and have completed basic supervisory/management development training.
