Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring clear communication and ongoing engagement.
- Partnership Development
Identify, negotiate, and formalize new partnership opportunities that drive mutual value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create joint initiatives and programs that leverage partner strengths.
- Program Oversight
Oversee the development and execution of partnership programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective resource allocation.
Monitor and evaluate the success of partnership initiatives, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote partnership opportunities and increase visibility.
- Financial Management
Develop and manage budgets related to partnership initiatives, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing and proposal development to support partnership projects.
- Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and impact to the executive team and board of directors.
Utilize data and feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve partnership effectiveness.
- People Development & Management
Lead, direct, and motivate employees to ensure objectives are met. Coach employees by clearly stating work standards and expectations, setting objectives, providing regular feedback, and identifying development needs.
Monitor, guide, and direct employees during daily operations.
Ensure clear top-down communication and bottom-up feedback to senior management.
- Leadership Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to direct reports towards achieving KPIs. Guide and motivate them to enhance performance, produce quality work, and develop for higher roles.
Prepare performance evaluations and identify training needs.
Ensure team members are aware of organizational changes and developments.
