Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Toolpusher to oversee drilling operations and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards on a 60/30 rotational basis in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage rig activities, supervise the drilling crew, and coordinate with onshore teams to ensure efficient and safe rig performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations on the rig
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Manage rig crew schedules, training, and performance
• Liaise with client representatives and onshore operations team
• Maintain daily reports and rig documentation
• Respond effectively to operational challenges and emergencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including prior Toolpusher role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of rig operations and HSE standards
• Currently residing in UAE and available to join immediately
