ABOUT THE ROLE

Plusgrade is searching for an ambitious, results-oriented, and target-driven Partner Success Manager to manage a portfolio of hospitality partners in the Middle East and Asia. This key market-facing role is responsible for growth within our current hospitality customer portfolio. The ideal candidate has a background in the hospitality/travel industry or a similar account management position with a proven track record. Experience in enhancing business relationships and operating with an innovative mindset to exceed performance goals is essential. A growth mentality and strong relationship-building skills within the hospitality community in the region are key.

  6. Effective Communicator - articulate partner’s current and future performance and priorities
  7. Product Ambassador - understand and promote Plusgrade solutions
  8. Influencer - drive priorities through persuasion and negotiation
  9. Primary Contact - for performance insights, project tasks, and operational oversight
  10. Account Management - act as portfolio leader, collaborating with other Plusgrade executives
  11. Account Growth - achieve revenue targets
  12. Revenue Analysis - perform historical and forecast analysis of revenue drivers
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH
  • BA / BS degree or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product, client success, or revenue management roles
  • Experience in the global hospitality/travel industry preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with data and insights
  • Ability to push partners to targets while maintaining positive relationships
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills with efficient prioritization
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Travel industry gravitas
  • Technological savvy to understand solutions and roadmaps
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
